Audio Interview: Dr. Ken Blanchard

Dr. Ken Blanchard’s impact as a writer in the field of management is far-reaching.  The One Minute Manager (1982), coauthored with Spencer Johnson, has sold over 9 million copies and has been translated into more than 25 languages.

In this interview, Dr. Blanchard talks about the principles outlined in one of his latest books High Five – The Magic of Working Together.  Dr. Blanchard shares why teams are important and what individuals and organizations can do to build successful ones.
