Is a Workshop Right for My Team?
Workshops are designed for teams who want to apply the Six Types of Working Genius.
Workshops are not speeches, seminars, or lunch-and-learns. They are live and in-depth facilitated experiences. They are best for teams of 4-15 that regularly work together.
If you want to use Working Genius to increase team cohesion and productivity, a Working Genius Workshop is a great next step.
How do Workshops Work?
First, you’ll schedule a call with Tom Heck, President & Founder of TeachMeTeamwork.com and Certified Working Genius Facilitator. Tom will get to know you, better understand your current challenges, and schedule your session. Sessions are 2- 4 hours long and delivered via Zoom or in person. Sessions include some pre-work, including the Working Genius Assessment for each team member.
Are Workshops Virtual or In-Person?
It depends on what you need! We have delivered amazing and engaging Working Genius workshops to leadership teams across the US via Zoom. We are also open to travel for in-person workshops.
